Daniele Cicarelli was filmed at a private beach in Spain by paparazzi having sex

power zoom lense and still was a very distant, low resolution view. You

so many users downloading and streaming the video. Most interesting about this tape is the court lawsuit that followed. Even on a private beach, you are still in public and photographers would have a right to take pictures. Still in Brazil, a judge ruled that the video was filmed illegally and banned it. The video was forbidden to be shared by RapidShare, a German based company. But the court went after YouTube the toughest. YouTube removed the video from their website, but when users continued to upload it faster than YouTube could remove it - the court shut down access to YouTube in Brazil until the problem was fixed by YouTube.

Fred Durst hacked phone was NOT a T Mobile product. T Mobile was just the name used by the hacker.
