Ralph Magazine Announces July 2010 Issue as its Final Issue

Ralph Magazine Australia has announced the magazine will close down and the July 2010 issue will be the final print edition of the magazine. After 13 years and 150 issue, the magazine sites poor sales as the reason for ceasing publication of the Aussie Mens Magazine. For the final issue, Clare Werbeloff will be featured on the cover, known as the "chk-chk boom" girl, she is a 15 minute celeb for LYING to police that she witnessed a shooting crime.

Enough about a quasi-celeb... the real story is that a great magazine is shutting down.

The men’s magazine that has featured some of the world’s most glamorous women, including mag favourites Imogen Bailey, Emily Scott, Sophie Monk and Big Brother babe Krystal has been vying for sales in an increasingly competitive men's magazine market.

The July edition will be the final printed product, 13 years after the magazine was launched.

ACP Magazines group publishing director Phil Scott said redundancies within the Ralph team were expected. Consumer tastes were changing, especially among young men, with Zoo Weekly now Australia's most popular men's magazine, with about 466,000 readers per month.

"The history of the monthly men's market is that the No. 1 masthead tends to change every six or seven years, dating back to the Penthouse and Playboy era, followed by Inside Sport and then Ralph and more recently ALPHA ," he said.

"The launch of Zoo as a weekly in 2006 and the subsequent arrival of cross category men's magazines such as Top Gear and Men’s Health have steadily eroded the once dominant 'lads' monthlies.

"The trend is evident all over the world and is the reason ACP re-positioned FHM in May of 2008."

Australia's three major mens magazines are Zoo Weekly, Ralph and FHM. Last year Aussie men bought about 7.112 million men's magazines.

Kendra Leigh Baskett (born June 12, 1985), better known by her birth name of Kendra Wilkinson, is an American television personality and glamour model. She is well known for her role on the E! reality-television show The Girls Next Door, on which her life as one of Hugh Hefner's three girlfriends was documented. Although not a Playboy Playmate, she has appeared in three nude pictorials with her Girls Next Door costars and fellow Hefner girlfriends Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt. Vivid Entertainment will likely be releasing the sex tape of Kendra Wilkinson despite her legal battle to prevent it! Kendra's lawyer wrote to Vivid:

"The video is private and highly confidential taken for private use and not for public disclosure. Any exploitation of the video would be a gross violation of Miss Wilkinson’s constitutional and common law rights of privacy."

Kendra is said to be worried what her husband Hank Baskett, Jr. is going to think of her after the tape's release and that it might ruin her marriage! But Vivid doesn't seem to care too much about that as CEO Steve Hirsch says:

"After reviewing our legal position we remain confident of our right to distribute the video. Thus Vivid.Com plans to release Kendra Exposed within the next several weeks."

A rep for Kendra added, "During this difficult time, Kendra and her family would greatly appreciate the respect of their privacy."

But Kerr is most famous for almost getting someone fired. Not long ago, a young banker at a Sydney, Australia, investment house received an e-mail with a series of photos�from a previous issue of this very magazine�of a certain supermodel in states of glorious undress. The problem was that one of the banker's colleagues was being interviewed on live TV in their office at the time, talking about interest rates, while the poor banker in the background clicked through the photos. Four million YouTube hits later and the busted broker had become a phenomenon�not just because the video was funny, though Lord knows it was, but because men everywhere could relate. How can you operate a computer in 2010 and not eventually wind up looking at naked photos of Miranda Kerr?

"It was a huge deal," Kerr told GQ recently over tea in New York City. "I wasn't offended. I just felt sorry for the poor guy."

Welcome to the twenty-first-century minefield of sex and the workplace, in which an ill-considered e-mail attachment can blow up into an interoffice scandal�or in Kerr's case, a global incident. Men have always been getting themselves into these kinds of predicaments, but modern life�with its changing attitudes about sex, its new technology, its Miranda Kerrs�has widened the gray areas. At the same time, the stuff that's always tormented the workingman hasn't gotten any easier. When men and women work together, how do they handle the inevitable attraction? Does harassment really come down to who holds the power? Should we just permanently turn off this computer and quietly hum Bible hymns?

Posing near naked for a living can give you a certain perspective on such things. Kerr considers the scandalized Aussie banker with whom she'll be forever intertwined. "I wonder if he'll get into trouble if we send him this cover," she asks. "We should send him a signed cover! He can read the magazine at home instead of at work on the Internet." A brilliant idea.

Mindy McCready Sex Tape - Vivid Updates Release Date to Tuesday, 4th May

Remember that unauthorized Mindy McCready sex tape? Not so unauthorized. In fact, E! News has a document that makes it seem very, very authorized.
Vivid Entertainment has come up with, and shared with us, what appears to an authentic, notarized consent form signed by one "Malinda G. McCready" (Mindy's real name) on Jan. 13, 2009.

According to the model release and ID verification form, "Malinda McCready has been paid for all sex tape footage."
The form—which McCready's lawyers have wasted no time in challenging the legitimacy of—also lays out what is included on the tape:
"Mindy McCready...eating dinner, relaxing and having sex. Mindy McCready is a country star. Both where [sic] over 18 when recorded. Footage is 2 hours, 40 minutes long."
That that's two hours and 40 minutes too long, according to Team Mindy.
"Mindy doesn't believe she signed those papers," attorney Adam Dread tells E! News. "And if she did, she was in no condition to make those kinds of decisions."
One month before the form was signed, McCready was hospitalized for a suicide attempt. The day after, McCready was hospitalized again, this time with alcohol poisoning. During the same stay she fell into a coma and was released 11 days later. Hardly a state in which she could be expected to make a sound decision, Dread insists.
While the John Hancock appears to be genuine McCready, her attorney isn't so quick to concede the point.
"Anyone could go online to see what her signature looks like. Mindy's been around long enough; she's been in the business long enough. Why would she sign these papers without a lawyer? And for no money? It's just a model release form."
But while Dread says he and McCready are already plotting legal action against whoever sold the tape to Vivid, the porn purveyors have no intention of letting the purportedly blockbuster footage collect more dust.
Aside from her apparent oncamera sexcapades, the X-rated Mindy McCready, Baseball Mistress purportedly features some postcoital commentary from McCready on her other, more famous alleged hookups, including Roger Clemens, Dean Cain and Alan Jackson.
"We acquired the video last year," Vivid head honcho Steven Hirsch says. "It was a very appealing package to us because not only is the footage exciting with very hot sex, all of the paperwork was in order and we knew we were getting a completely legal product.
"We do, in fact, have the rights to this material, and we fully intend to market it. Our door will always be open to Mindy, and she should feel free to contact me anytime."
He might want to wait by the phone. The video is now set for release on May 4.

RadarOnline.com has viewed the tape in its entirety and Chelsea stars with a male partner, who speaks with a clear British accent.

Chelsea�s rep Stephen Huvane, when contacted by RadarOnline.com, claimed it was all part of a comedy bit. But viewing the tape makes that explanation unlikely as Chelsea and her partner are both clearly naked, her nipples are visible and the action is clearly not simulated.

The tape, which was made nearly a decade ago after Chelsea moved to Los Angeles starts out with Chelsea turning on the camera in what appears to be her apartment. During the first part of the tape Chelsea is fully clothed in her work uniform. She begins by introducing herself by name before going into a stand-up routine before suddenly cutting to Chelsea and her male partner engaging in an explicit sex act.

Chelsea, who is on all fours on a bed is naked and at several times during the filming she looks directly at the camera. Her breasts are bare and swinging during the sex act. At the end of the �performance� Chelsea�s partner speaks in a clear British accent, asking, �Did we get the (bleep) shot?� Chelsea looks into the camera and smiles at this point. Then the tape immediately cuts back into Chelsea continuing her stand-up routine in her apartment.

Reached for comment by RadarOnline.com, Chelsea�s rep Huvane said: �The tape you have is an old tape that was done for a stand up comedy bit.�

He indicated that Chelsea would address it on her E! show Wednesday night.

But from what RadarOnline.com saw, it�s definitely not a �stand up� comedy bit! And if it�s a routine, it�s the most X-rated routine ever performed.

The tape is shot from the front, with her partner behind Chelsea. They are both naked and because of the angle the (ahem) most explicit anatomical action is not visible but it�s clear by watching that this is more (or less!) than comedy.

RadarOnline.com confirmed that the tape was sent out to Hollywood agents as a demo tape when Chelsea was looking to secure work. If it was an attempt to get noticed, it worked!

�This is an old demo tape that Chelsea had put together just a couple years after moving out to Hollywood when she was trying to make it as a comedienne,� the source who showed RadarOnline.com the tape said. It was on a VHS tape and appears to have been taped over.

�Chelsea gave this demo tape to a bunch of talent agents and managers hoping to book some gigs,� the source continues. �It was taken so long ago and distributed on old VHS tapes, that I�m sure most people just threw them out because her stand-up was so bad and they didn�t realize she would make it big one day. It�s highly possible that many of the recipients of the tape didn�t even watch past the first couple of minutes and missed the sex tape part altogether.�

So is it a cover up of a sex tape or a comedy routine with explicit sexual scenes? From what RadarOnline.com viewed, the comedy was pretty bad but Chelsea definitely gets noticed.

Radar Online reported on Wednesday that the comedienne made the tape "nearly a decade" ago, shortly after her move to LA. The tape reportedly includes stand-up footage that cuts to a clip of Chelsea with a male partner naked on a bed, performing what appears to be intercourse.

The site asserts that the scene in question is not comedic.

Radar further reported that the male participant speaks with a British accent and appears behind Chelsea in the sequence.

The talk show host will also appear tonight on "The Tonight Show," promoting her new book, "Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang."

"Chelsea Lately" airs on E! at 11 PM.

Chelsea Handler did address the alleged "sex tape" on her E! Show today, 28 April 2010. She again said that the tape was done as a comedy bit when she was 23 and that it is not a sex tape. RadarOnline claims they watched the full video and Chelsea Handler is seen topless, with a guy either simulating or having sex. FINAL WORD, Chelsea did appear angry, even as she played it off as "something I show at parties". The video has never been seen by the public, and we eagerly await RadarOnline.com to post the video online for viewing.

Basketball Wives cast member Evelyn Lozada gets a heavy dose of reality as naked pictures of her hit the net.

It’s interesting because Evelyn was at the head of the vicious pack of the females that star on VH1’s Basketball Wives who scolded one of their fellow cast members, Royce Reed, because she danced provocatively at a pool side dance competition.

Turns out, Evelyn was busy doing her dirt when the cameras were off.

Gossip website, TheYBF.com, has obtained nude photos of Lozada who reportedly sent the photos to one of her friends. Evelyn, ex-fiancée of basketball player Antoine Walker, is pictured holding a cell phone and snapping photos of herself in nothing but a lace thong.

She must have missed all of those sexting commercials MTV has been airing as of late.

The good news is the gentlemen will not be disappointed. Evelyn’s body would put most women to shame; however, we do wonder how she is feeling as everyone tries to understand what her beef was with Royce. At least Royce managed to keep most of her clothes on in said dance competition.

Rock Confidential has confirmed through an industry insider that Tila Tequila Nguyen has brokered a deal to shoot a XXX hardcore movie.

Tila Nguyen will perform in three explicit sex scenes for the as-yet-unnamed movie: boy/girl, girl/girl and boy/girl/girl.

Deals of the agreement are under wraps, as is the name of the studio that will release the movie.

Our source commented, “I just wonder if this thing will sell. Sure, it will sell more than a normal porn but is it going to be worth what they paid for it?”

We shot Kim Kardashian, Joy Bryant, and Amanda de Cadenet in the nude � and found out what they really think of their (unretouched) bodies

"The reason I wanted to do this story is that I'm challenged with my physicality," says photographer Amanda de Cadenet. "I've always been the curviest girl. Since having twins four years ago, I'm now super curvy. It's not the body I used to have.

"I get frustrated that I can't find clothes to fit from designers I love. Roland Mouret and Marc Jacobs send me the big-girl sizes, but other than that it's slim pickings," she says. "I don't try to hide the obvious. I try to own it as best I can. Marc jokes that no matter what's in the collection, even if it's for curvy women, I'm still busting out."

This shoot, as well as launching a Website this month devoted to women's issues, is a very personal project for the 37-year-old mother of three. (Her eldest is 18-year-old model Atlanta de Cadenet.)

"I see how some of my daughter's friends struggle with their bodies. You look at magazines and think, That looks good on that skinny girl, but it doesn't look like that on me," she says.

After posing, de Cadenet was pleasantly surprised by the results. "This is really about women and girls accepting their bodies," she explains. "If we're more comfortable with our naked bodies, we might be more comfortable with our clothed selves."

KIM KARDASHIAN

"I don't get why everyone is always going on about my butt. I'm Armenian. It's normal," says Kim Kardashian. "My butt is probably not as big as you might think, because I have small legs and a small waist, which makes it appear bigger."

Even so, her curves helped rocket the 29-year-old into a one-woman multimillion-dollar earning industry. But they used to be nothing but a source of tears. "I was wearing a C cup by the time I was 11. I would go to bed and pray, 'Please, Lord, don't let my boobs grow any bigger,'" remembers Kardashian. "I hated what was happening."

Growing up in Los Angeles surrounded by blonde California girls, the five-foot-two-and-a-half-inch brunette found solace in the vintage images of Sophia Loren and Raquel Welch tacked on her wall. "Those became the healthy bodies to look up to. Then came Salma Hayek and Jennifer Lopez. I related to them," she says.

Now she's learned to be happy with her looks. "I might have a little bit of cellulite. I might not be toned everywhere. I might struggle in this area or that. But accepting that just empowers me," she says.

Taking care of herself is part of it. "I'm trying to eat better � which is a struggle. I like carbs," she says, laughing. "I didn't [used to] work out. I do now, even when I'd rather sleep in. I'm a firm believer that you should be your best you."

Kardashian still has shy moments. "A good six months have to go by before I'll leave the lights on for a boyfriend," she says. And she didn't love her 2007 Playboy cover. "I'm sorry I did Playboy. I was uncomfortable," she remembers, though at the time she was excited. "Go for it," she recalls her mother saying. "They might never ask you again. Our show isn't on the air yet. No one knows who you are. Do it and you'll have these beautiful pictures to look at when you're my age."

This time around, Kardashian is much happier. "It's definitely scary, but it's very liberating," she says. "I think the message is embrace your curves and who you are. I feel proud if young girls look up to me and say, 'I'm curvy, and I'm proud of it now.'"

JOY BRYANT

Though her svelte form might make women jealous now, Joy Bryant loathed her body when she was growing up in the South Bronx. "It was not cool to be so skinny. My 'best friend' would tell me I looked like a boy. I wore my cousin's hand-me-downs � who was a boy."

A scholarship to a prestigious Connecticut boarding school reshaped her perception. "These girls were telling me my body was amazing, which made me feel okay," she says, though not for the healthiest of reasons. "Some of them had eating disorders because of pressure from their own mothers to be thin." The psychological yo-yoing only continued after she began modeling at 19 and was told that her athletic build was too big. Then came a move to Hollywood, where guys would suggest she should eat a cheeseburger. "But I was the same weight as always," says Bryant.

With age came a few pounds and, for Bryant, peace of mind. "I'm not 25. I'm 35. I'm 10 years heavier and I'm married," says Bryant, who wed stuntman Dave Pope in June 2008. "I'm not going to lie and say, 'Oh, I'm so secure in who I am. I don't let things bother me,'" she continues. "There are times when we're at our weakest. But maybe it's not your body. It's your mind playing tricks."

Or, sometimes, other women. "Women are the harshest critics of other women. There needs to be a greater acceptance individually and collectively or nothing's ever going to change," she says. "You'll never be thin enough, blonde enough, black enough. So enough is enough."

Vivid Entertainment, adult entertainment company that released the Kim Kardashian's sex tape, announced that they were postponing the release of Mindy McCready’s sex tape “Baseball Mistress” to verify that they have the right to distribute it.

The release date was set for April 19th, but Mindy's attorney Adam Dread threatened to take the case to court if he's not provided with a few details about the latest celebrity sex tape to hit the internet.

Vivid’s founder/co-chairman Steven Hirsch remains confident that the tape will indeed see the light of day. “We’ve decided to take a little extra time to study all of our documentation and other clearances before we proceed,” said Hirsch.

“I want a chance to review the correspondence from Mindy’s attorney, Adam Dread, and to prepare a proper response to the letter he has sent to us,” he stated.

Lady Gaga tells throngs of impressionable young women 'pop stars should not eat' during her interview in this week's New York magazine.

Lady Gaga is a crustacean headdress wearing, Fame Monster warbling, glitter-encrusted force to be reckoned with � yes, this much is true. She (with the help of others) crafted, and re-crafted, an image that recalls an art school Madonna 2.0 with recycled Bowie-lite tinges. The hybrid makes Katy Perry look lame and childish and even Christina Aguilera (with all her Xtina writhing and stage wrangling) couldn't even begin to match Gaga's ability to eyebrow raise. Yes. All true.

But Lady Gaga is also (forgive me) just a silly kid who takes herself too seriously. So much so that it's almost painful to read this latest New York magazine feature by Vanessa Grigoriadis. Gaga conducts interviews in a "robot voice" proclaims singers shouldn't eat, and shields herself from people taking pictures of New York City landmarks saying she "just can't take cameras." Like being in the presence of handheld Nokia makes her interior crumble.

It would be nice to say these kind of rock star theatrics are at all refreshing, but quite frankly, in this day in age where, as Grigordios points out, "musicians are aware that they should show themselves to journalists" this kind of pretentiousness just comes across as transparently batty and not particularly likable.

Not that it isn't working, mind you. Afterall, Like Gaga says: 'I'm from New York. I will kill to get what I need."

LOS ANGELES -- (March 29, 2010) - Country music singer and VH1 reality series star Mindy McCready shows off her sexual talents in a sizzling video being released by Vivid Entertainment through its Vivid-Celeb imprint. "Mindy McCready, Baseball Mistress" will be available online at www.shopvivid.com and in stores across the country on Monday, April 19th.

McCready takes it off and gets it on with a boyfriend named "Peter" in the tape that contains almost an hour of action interspersed with a narrative about her former lovers, who included Red Sox and Yankees pitching great Roger Clemens, actor Dean (Superman/Clark Kent) Cain, country singer Alan Jackson and others.

Between scenes of her having enthusiastic and explicit sex with her ex-boyfriend McCready, who is now 34, talks at length about her past sexual conquests.

She said that she took a shower and had oral sex with Clemens when she was only 16 and he was 29. She maintains that contrary to widespread gossip Clemens did not seduce when she was an underage (15 year old) teen and they didn't have sexual intercourse until she was of legal age. She also reveals that Clemens was "good" in bed "when he could get it up."

McCready also says that while she never met Clemens' wife during the course of their long-running affair, there were some close calls, including the time Mrs. Clemens called her husband on his cell phone as he was lounging next McCready in a bathtub.

The singer/actress also says that she became friendly with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and thought she "could have had sex with him," but declined the opportunity. In addition, she reveals that country singer Alan Jackson often brought her to his tour bus when she was just 17, but she declined to say what transpired during these visits.

McCready was one of nine cast members in the latest, third season of VH1's "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew," which is in constant reruns. She discusses some of her relationship with Clemens on the show and she performed the title single from her recently released album "Mindy McCready I'm Still Here" on the last episode. Peaches Geldof 'Nude Photos' Alleged from Heroin Filled One Night Stand

Legal representatives for Peaches Geldof have reacted angrily after a series of alleged topless photos of the socialite appeared online.

The photos, which appear to show the 21-year-old in semi-naked poses, appeared in a posting on the networking site Reddit, with 'thatcoolguyben' alleging that he met Geldof in Los Angeles last year and went on to take heroin and have sex with her.

The Reddit user adds he realised Geldof was a celebrity after waking the following day in what appeared to be a detox centre for Scientology.

"I awoke at about 1pm in a sauna, throwing up all over the place," his post reads. "I started freaking out. I look around and see her on an exercise machine outside the room, looking in about the same shape as me.

"I look around and read some stuff realizing I'm in the Celebrity Scientology Center in LA. This girl ended up being a hardcore Scientologist and a D-List celebrity."

Geldof's lawyer has since issued a statement in response to the photos and online post, which deny she had taken heroin but do not deny a fling with the man in question.

"The allegations that our client was carrying and injecting heroin are also denied, our client having consumed alcohol with the other individual leading to the 'highs' described and portrayed in the photographs," said the statement.

"The evident unreliability of the source emerges from the also fictitious description of their trip to a scientology center [sic]."

"Had you undertaken any checking or research before making this posting you would have learned that nobody who is not a member of that organisation is permitted into such buildings."

Geldof's mother Paula Yates died of an accidental heroin overdose in 2000 when model Peaches was only 11.
